Meet Ashley

Ashley is a healer, a mother, a lover of the truth, a dedicated student of life, and an open-hearted teacher. Her offering is informed by a lifetime of personal and spiritual work and helping others through her training as a psychotherapist, an energy healer and a student of spiritual teacher Adyashanti. She has spent her life in pursuit of the freedom of being and loves to share what she has learned with others. She has a direct, compassionate and authentic style and a tireless focus on helping people connect to their true selves.
