Guided Meditation: Embodying Awareness

In my groups and on retreat, I offer guided meditations. I simply go into my own embodied presence and share what I receive there. The invitation is experiential. A chance to take that leap out of the mind to a more expansive aspect of being. This is the big challenge of meditation.

Can you find a way to move to a knowing beyond the mind?
To simply experience the present moment outside of the commentary of thinking?

I am sharing this guided meditation with you as my gentle invitation to open to this discovery. Make sure you have a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted. Receive the guidance in the body, not the mind. See what happens when you simply hold an intention to let go. Take it in as a transmission as you would a piece of music. You don’t have to understand it. Just be open to surrendering to an embodied experience of presence.
